To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: - Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your session without any additional charges. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund. - If you fail to attend your scheduled booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued. - Rescheduling is permitted without penalty if the request is made more than 24 hours in advance.
